Cancellation Policy If you are unable to attend, then 5 working days notice is required to receive a refund. All refunds incur a $55 administration fee (inclusive of GST). If 5 days notice is not given for cancellation, then the full fee will apply, and the session notes will be provided to you. No charge will be made where a substitute participant attends in your place.

Confirmation of Booking Bookings will be confirmed and a tax invoice will be provided. If you have not received confirmation within 5 business days of sending your registration – please contact us on 03 9886 0800.

Discount. Explanation of discount for multiple attendees: Book 2 or more attendees and receive a 10% discount.
